With over a decade of experience training professional athletes in a variety of different sports, Adam Bracken has put together a 5 PHASE OFF SEASON ATHLETIC PROGRAM designed to build confidence, coordination and correct movement patterns for all ages. By learning the 3 C’s (confidence, coordination and correct movements) at an early age, it allows the athlete to build real STRENGTH, STABILITY, AND SPEED to excel at any sport.
Program starts MONDAY APRIL 12th and comes with 15 different workouts that are to be done in 5 different phases (3 workouts per phase):
PHASE 1: GENERAL PREP (2-3 WEEKS)
PHASE 2: STRENGTH / HYPERTROPHY (2-3 WEEKS)
PHASE 3: POWER (2-3 WEEKS)
PHASE 4: SPEED (2-3 WEEKS)
PHASE 5: CONDITIONING (2-3 WEEKS)
